Internship Program

The unpaid internship provides an opportunity for an individual to experience research in the Human MR Imaging Laboratory and learn about an area of brain research in the Department of Neurology. The internship will be tailored to the interests and skills of the individual student. It includes reading assignments, virtual lectures, quizzes and one-on-one training. The minimum duration is 3 months. In-person attendance will be tailored to the student’s availability.

Students can take a 1-3 credit hours by enrolling in PHYS 452 research methods or in PHYS 650 research.

Fourteen interns have completed an internship since 2018.
